About the role

VST Tillers Tractors Limited (VST Group, est. 1967), India's leader in power tillers, is hiring a Senior Manager for Dealer Development in its SFM business: small farm machinery such as power tillers, reapers and weeders. Based in Bangalore with responsibility across India, you will find new markets, appoint and onboard dealers, and drive dealer performance. This role is strictly for dealer development professionals; candidates from regular sales roles will not be considered.

What you'll do

• Identify markets and territories for small farm machinery (power tillers, reapers, weeders) across India.
• Evaluate, appoint and onboard new dealers: due diligence, financial and infrastructure checks, agreements.
• Monitor dealer sales, market share and profitability; run reviews and improvement plans.
• Build dealer capability through product, sales and service training; keep branding and customer-experience standards.
• Work with sales, marketing and service on campaigns, demos, retail finance and after-sales support.
• Track coverage and competitor networks; keep MIS on appointments, cancellations and performance.

Who should apply

• 10–13 years in dealer development, appointment and performance management in farm equipment, tractors or agri-machinery.
• Strictly dealer development experience — applicants from regular sales roles (territory, retail or field sales) will not be considered.
• Graduate in Engineering, Agriculture or Business Management; MBA preferred.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and network-planning skills; MS Office and CRM.
• Willing to travel across India.
