About the role
Sell crop protection, fertiliser and seed products by phone to farmers and dealers in your regional language. You turn enquiries into orders, follow up until delivery, and work to a ₹5 lakh monthly sales target with a 2% incentive on everything above it.

Who should apply
- Graduate, preferably B.Sc Agriculture; 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Background in agrochemicals, pesticides, fertilisers, seeds or other agri-inputs.
- Inside sales, tele-sales or calling sales with farmers, dealers and customers.
- A record of meeting monthly sales targets.
- Strong regional-language communication and follow-up.

Fixed pay₹15K–₹35K
Incentive₹6,000
Monthly total₹21K–₹41K
Incentive is 2% of sales above the ₹5,00,000 monthly target, subject to the company's sales verification.
