- How is Agrihires different from an ordinary recruitment consultancy?
- Agrihires is not an ordinary consulting firm. It is run by agri professionals with 20+ years of experience in leading agriculture organisations, where they hired agri professionals themselves. The team holds B.Tech Agricultural Engineering, B.Sc Agriculture and M.Sc Agriculture degrees and careers in agribusiness, so every candidate is screened by someone who knows the field.
- What does Agrihires charge?
- Agrihires charges 8% to 13.5% of the candidate's annual CTC, depending on the profile. Candidates never pay any fee.
- Do you replace a hire who leaves?
- Yes. Every placement carries a free replacement if the hire leaves within 60 days of joining.
- How long does an agri leadership search take?
- Most CXO and business-head searches close in 90 to 120 days, with a first shortlist in about 14 days.
- Can you hire 50 field officers in one state?
- Yes. We run district-level drives and deliver in batches, usually within 30 days.
- Do candidates pay a fee?
- No. Employers pay us. Candidates never pay for any service.
