Privacy policy

This policy explains how Aghires Solutions & Consulting (“AgriHires”, “we”) handles personal data shared with us through www.agrihires.com, by email or on WhatsApp. We process personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

Name, email, phone number, company, state, and anything you share in a message or CV, such as work history, education, location and salary. We do not ask for Aadhaar, bank details or other sensitive identifiers.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to match candidates with suitable roles, and to share a candidate's profile with an employer for a specific role. We share a CV with an employer only for roles we have discussed with the candidate. We never sell personal data.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. We also use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, which report how the site appears in search results and receive no personal data from this site.

Who processes data for us

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Email is handled by our email provider. These providers process data only to run their services for us.

How long we keep it

Candidate profiles are kept for up to three years so we can match you to future roles. Employer enquiries are kept for as long as we work together and for the period required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights. Email info@agrihires.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Grievance officer

For any privacy concern or complaint, write to the Grievance Officer, Aghires Solutions & Consulting, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, at info@agrihires.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
