Campus hiring, answered.
- What is campus hiring?
- Campus hiring (campus recruitment) is hiring final-year students and fresh graduates directly from colleges and universities, usually through the college's training and placement cell. The company presents its roles, students apply, and the company tests and interviews them on campus or online, then makes offers that start after the final exams.
- What is the difference between campus and off-campus hiring?
- On-campus hiring happens through one college's placement cell, for its own students. Off-campus hiring is open to graduates from any college, usually through job posts and open drives. AgriHires does both: drives at agricultural universities, and fresher roles published on agrihires.com for graduates anywhere in India.
- How does AgriHires run a campus drive for an agri company?
- We agree the roles, states and number of hires with you, choose the agricultural universities whose students fit (crop, language, region), work with their placement cells, pre-screen the applicants, and bring you a shortlist for a one-day drive on campus or online. Offers and joining are coordinated by us.
- What does campus hiring through AgriHires cost?
- AgriHires charges 8% to 13.5% of the candidate's annual CTC, depending on the profile, and quotes the fee before a drive is planned. Colleges and students never pay anything.

- B.Sc Agriculture and Horticulture, B.Tech Agricultural Engineering, B.V.Sc & AH, M.Sc Agriculture, MBA Agribusiness, and food technology graduates, for roles such as graduate trainee, field officer, sales trainee, junior agronomist and production trainee.
