What you'll do
- Develop and implement sales strategy in Bihar to achieve business targets.
- Build and manage the dealer/distributor network.
- Lead, motivate and guide the sales team.
- Organize farmer meetings, demos and product promotions.
- Carry out market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth product supply and farmer support.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Who should apply
