About the role
Grow Billion Trees is looking for a hands-on professional to support agroforestry plantation projects. The person will work closely with farmers and ground teams. The role needs travel across project sites pan-India.
What you'll do
- Manage plantation execution, site preparation, planting and aftercare.
- Coordinate with farmers, ground teams and local vendors.
- Monitor plantation quality, tree survival and growth.
- Maintain project records, photographs, MIS and reports.
- Support CSR plantation drives and stakeholder visits.
Who should apply
- 2–3 years of experience
- Experience in agroforestry, forestry, agriculture or plantation projects
- Understanding of native species, soil preparation and agroforestry practices
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel across project sites pan-India
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
