About the role

The post is shared by a Senior Program Manager at Eternal. The team is building scalable agroforestry programs at the intersection of people, technology, agriculture and climate. It is looking for Program Managers and Assistant Program Managers for a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.

What you'll do

• Drive large-scale agroforestry programs from strategy to execution.
• Build systems and processes that improve plantation quality, survival and scale.
• Use AI, data and technology to improve field productivity and decision-making.
• Identify bottlenecks, solve complex problems and keep improving execution.
• Own program performance, timelines, budgets and outcomes.
• Work across functions to turn ideas into measurable, on-ground impact.
• Program Managers: own programs end-to-end, lead teams and drive measurable outcomes.
