About the role

Gramophone is an agritech company hiring an Inside Sales Executive in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves calling farmers and customers, generating leads and converting them into sales. Fluency in Marathi is compulsory and female candidates are preferred.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to farmers and customers and generate new leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable agriculture products and services.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Explain products, offers, pricing and services effectively.
• Maintain accurate calling, lead and customer records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for successful conversions.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling, lead-generation and sales targets.

Who should apply

• Marathi language is compulsory; fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
• Agriculture graduate preferred.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and positive attitude on calls.
• Interest in sales and customer handling.
