About the role
A fast-growing organic food company is looking for an Organic Certification Executive at Hadapsar, Pune. The role manages organic certification documentation, compliance and audits to deliver high-quality certified organic products.
What you'll do
- Manage organic certification documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with certification bodies, farmers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with NPOP, NOP and other applicable organic standards.
- Maintain ICS records, audit reports, traceability and certification documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Prepare and update certification-related reports and records.
- Ensure timely renewal of organic certifications.
Who should apply
- 1–2 years of experience in organic certification.
- B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Tech Agriculture, B.Tech Food Technology, M.Sc. Agriculture or a related field.
- Knowledge of NPOP, NOP, APEDA TraceNet and ICS documentation preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to travel when required.
